It is really hard to live a joyful, passionate, purposeful, enjoyable life if you’re constantly worrying and stressing about money. And for many of us that’s the reality – money is a worry and making us stressed out. But there is good news! There are lots of basic, easy things that you can do to help you sort out your financial life once and for all.

From the first time I got a credit card, I seemed to be always in a mess with money. I never had enough, I couldn’t save, I spent money I didn’t have, got into debts that I never seemed to be able to clear and had a lot of money misery. Then I went self-employed (while I was a few grand in debt and had no savings!), and I realised that I could not carry on the way I had been. Without a regular salary, my old money habits were going to get me into a much bigger world of trouble. So I started seeking out ways to sort out my financial life once and for all.

And as a life coach, I was soon sharing everything I learned with my clients – and between us we figured out what worked, what didn’t and the best ways to Banish our Money Misery. What I learned was that there are many small, easy actions that all add up to Financial Harmony, Serenity and Ease.
